Tribeca

Tribeca Belfast comprises 12 acres of Belfast city centre and is a world leading £500m urban regeneration scheme. The aim is to transform the city centre through comprehensive regeneration and put Belfast at the forefront of British and European cities. At completion, the scheme will create a new urban space that blends Tribeca Belfast’s history with state of the art design. It will provide 1.5m sq. ft. of prime residential, Grade A office, retail, food and beverage space. Belfast will be changed for the good.

Tribeca Belfast is situated within the heart of the city centre bordering the Cathedral Quarter, Castle Court and Victoria Square. The birds eye view photo below shows the project area outlined in red on the top, left hand side of the image. The scheme will revitalise the area with a mix of contemporary uses and public squares for the benefit of Belfast. Belfast city centre, with Tribeca Belfast as its focal point, will have a continuous, connected, world class city centre that epitomises its standing.
