Folktown Market – Belfast’s premier outdoor artisan market in Bank Square - is returning with a ‘Spring’ in its step with a special Easter holiday celebration on 24th March.
- a giant marquee offering face printing and traditional children’s street games.
Folktown's stalls primarily sell local artisan food and hot food from some our best producers in Northern Ireland.
Folktown Market is a great place for lunch with live music every Thursday throughout Spring and Summer. It's also a fantastic opportunity to shop for speciality produce such as veg, meat and bread in the heart of our city.
The Spring Market on March 24th will feature gypsy jazz from Manouche and will also showcase the ‘City as a Gallery’ project – screening a film on Belfast’s colourful history from the back of a Black Taxi.
Among this year’s new stalls will be:
- the specialist White Rabbit Coffee Co. selling cold-brewed coffee
- City Cheese
- Dutch Gouda style from Millisle
- Sarah’s World Fare which specialises in delicious Vegan food.
Regular traders will also be back including Broughgammon, Amberline Veg & Low-Sugar Preserves, Indie Fude and many more!
